I bring the gym to you in the beautiful outdoors or gym, you choose!

 

In one hour, you get a full workout customized to your needs and wants that are centered around your goals.

Beyond your training hour, I provide additional support to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle.

This picture  was taken from the top of the "mountain" that we reached during this weekend's hike. It was challenging, but I would NOT have been able to do this three months ago. I simply didn't have the strength or stamina for it. Thank you, Texas Mom Fitness, for helping me find the strength and confidence to do something like this. We had an amazing time.
